Leg of mutton lace puff sleeves. 

Lace bib front with faux buttons. 

The sleeves have almost like a shine to them. In some lights you can see it. I wouldn't call it spot. But it is very hard to see. And I tried to get it in the pictures but it didn't show up. Maybe my lighting. 

Colors may be slightly darker than images. Comes off as bright turquoise to me but is a light turquoise blue.
